A Note From Me
Hi, I'm Sukriti.
I have always loved dancing. As a child, music would instantly change my mood. I did not grow up performing on big stages. Dance was something personal. Something that made me feel free.
I was always the “studious” one. Focused. The one who chose books over hobbies more often than not. Dance was something I loved quietly, something I didn't fully allow myself to prioritize. Life moved fast: school, college, career, responsibilities. I joined IIT, built a strong professional path, and I'm proud of it. But somewhere along the way, I realized something important:
The things we quietly love don't disappear.
They wait for us.
Dance waited for me.
As life became busier, I started to understand something important. Strength is not just about career or achievements. It is also about joy. About energy. About taking care of your body and mind.
When I rediscovered dance as an adult and combined it with fitness, everything clicked.
Dance gave me a space where I could move without overthinking. Sweat without pressure. Feel powerful without competition. It reminded me that fitness does not have to feel intimidating. It can feel alive.
Becoming a Zumba instructor was a conscious decision. It was my way of choosing something that brings confidence, strength, and happiness into everyday life.

My vision for Zumba with Sukriti is simple.
I want to ignite confidence in people who may have forgotten how strong they are. I want dance to become a tool not just for fun, but for stress release, emotional reset, and physical transformation.
